I can't connect to the dongle.

Please try the following after referring to your device's manual:

  • Turn your screen sharing off for about 30 seconds and then turn it back on. Try to connect to the dongle .
  • Turn the wifi on your device off for about 30 seconds and then turn it back on. Turn your screen sharing on, and try to connect to the dongle.
  • Make sure that the you have updated your dongle with the latest software (please refer to the dongle company's website for the latest software).
