If you cannot connect to wifi, verify that your wifi router is connected (please contact the device manufacturer or your Internet service provider for instructions).
- Check all the connections to and from your router because loose or disconnected cables can cause internet connection issues.
- Turn off the wifi router for about a minute, then turn it back on.
- Turn the wifi "on" your device and attempt to connect to the wifi network.
